  • 1. What are Cox & Kings Gift Cards?

    With a choice of adventure, family, romance and women-only tours to a wide range of fantastic destinations, you can pick a package to suit your personality or holiday style. Valid for 12-18* months, extendable for up to one year, these travel cards make for the best gift one could give or receive!

  • 2. What is the difference between a physical gift card and an e-gift voucher?

    Besides the form (electronic & physical), there are other things that differentiate these items:


    a: The e-gift vouchers will be launched first, followed by the physical gift cards.

    b: E-gift vouchers are for one-time use, while gift cards can be used more than once.

    c: You can extend the validity of the physical gift cards, the period differs from card to card, and top-up/recharge the card but this option is not valid for e-gift vouchers.

  • 4. Can I buy a gift card for my own use?

    Absolutely! It is always good to pamper yourself once in a while, right? Top it up when you can and take advantage of the discounts/offers to buy holidays on a whim or when you're low on funds.

    Log on to www.coxandkings.ae/giftvoucher to purchase your pre-paid gift cards online or visit any of the stores listed on the website to get your card.

  • 6. Who can buy or use the card?

    The card is a universal one and can be used by persons of any nationality and of any age. Just pick a card, fill in the required details, make the payment and you're ready for the holiday of your dreams!

  • 7. What payment options are available for buyers?

    There are multiple payment options available both online and offline. For online payments, you can use your debit cards, credit cards, wallet/cash cards, net-banking IMPS, MasterPass and EMIs. You can also use cash and cheques to purchase gift cards at any of our listed stores. * Please note for payment via cheques, the gift card will only be activated after the cheque is encashed.

  • 8. What do I need to buy a gift card?

    You don't need any document to purchase a Cox & Kings Gift Card. Simply select your card, fill in the required details, make the payment and set off on your dream holiday!

  • 9. How many cards can I buy at a time?

    While there are no limits on the number of cards you can purchase, but buying over 10 cards at a time is considered a bulk order. Looking to buy in bulk? No problem, just fill in the corporate enquiry form and we'll arrange everything for you.

  • 10. How many cards can I buy at a time?

    You can buy up to 10 cards at a time, any more and it will be considered a bulk order. In case of bulk orders, you would need to submit your request through a corporate enquiry form, which is available for download on our website.

  • 11. How do I make bulk purchases of gift cards?

    For large-scale purchases (more than 10 cards at a time), please visit www.coxandkings.ae/giftvoucher/e-vouchure-corporate-enquiries and fill in the simple corporate enquiry form with your requirements. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation mail from us and one of our executives will get in touch with you.

  • 12. How will I receive my card?

    Your e-gift vouchers will be generated online immediately. If you're buying the physical gift cards, you can either pick it up from the list of stores or request it to be couriered to your address. Remember to mention how you would like to receive your card while making the purchase.

  • 13. Can I upgrade or convert my card after purchase?

    Once purchased, you can't upgrade your pre-paid gift card. However, you can top-up the physical card and extend the validity for up to a year*.

  • 14. Can the cards be personalised with names/messages?

    At the moment, you cannot add messages and/or names on the cards. However, we do plan to introduce this option very soon.

  • 15. What happens if I lose or damage my card?

    In case your card is misplaced or damaged, there is no need to worry. Visit our Card Management page to report the loss and request a reissue of your card (a nominal fee may be charged). *Please note, this is not applicable on the Classic Pre-Paid Gift Card.

  • 16. How can I keep track of my card balance or validity?

    Now keeping track of your card balance, validity and top-up options is as easy as 1-2-3. Just visit our Card Management section or opt for our active SMS service for regular updates on your card balance.

  • 17. Can we top-up a card after its expiry date?

    Please make sure you use the card before it expires as we do not have the option to top-up/reload cards once they have exceeded their expiry dates.

  • 18. Can we extend the validity of the cards?

    The e-GVs are for one time use only, so they do not have this option. However, you can extend the validity period of your physical pre-paid gift card, but the extension period differs from card to card.

  • 19. Can we redeem these gift cards against flights and hotels?

    No, the gift cards can only be encashed against Cox & Kings holidays, valid under each card category. It cannot be used to book flights and hotels separately.

  • 20. Can you use multiple cards to buy a single holiday?

    Yes, you can club multiple cards to buy your dream holiday. Just make sure the package you choose is valid in each the card category.

  • 21. Can you use different types of cards to buy the same holiday?

    Yes, you can use different types of cards to buy one holiday. But make sure each of the cards being used support the type of product being purchased.

  • 22. Which holidays are included in CNK products?

    Cox & Kings entire range of holidays, ranging from Bharat Deko, Duniya Dekho, Flexihol, G-Adventure, Getaway Goddess, and Instant Holidays are included.

  • 23. Can we cancel holidays that have been purchased with a gift card? Do we get a refund?

    Yes, you can cancel holidays booked via a gift card. However, the refund that you will receive will be after deducting the cancellation fee (as per the product cancellation policy).
